Do you have a mixer question? Need a repair? Or just want to say “hi”? Please use this form and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you have a question or problem, please take a moment to find the the model number and serial number of your mixer, and include that when you write in. These numbers are usually on a label underneath the base. If you can’t find them, tell me what the mixer says on the side and whether the head tilts up and down or the bowl cranks up and down. (And if it’s really old and doesn’t say anything, tell me that too!)
